A standout washed microlot from Richard Cotrina’s small family farm in Cajamarca, this coffee is a vibrant expression of high-altitude Peruvian Bourbon.

Expect a bright cup with butterscotch sweetness, lifted by zesty lime acidity and rounded out with soft pistachio-like body. The result is a clean, expressive profile with excellent balance and clarity.

Grown at 1,450–1,500m and carefully processed on-farm, this lot benefits from extended fermentation and slow drying, enhancing both complexity and structure in the cup.

Sourced via the Aromas del Valle cooperative, this coffee reflects a focus on quality-driven farming and improved processing techniques, delivering a refined and characterful profile.
